How can we help?
A decent home for everyone
We’re a not-for-profit community-based organisation that began in 1983 to prevent homelessness by providing community homes.
As a Tier 1 Registered Community Housing Provider (CHP) we ultimately provide long-term rental housing to people on very low to moderate incomes via Social and Affordable Housing.
Developments & Construction
We are passionate about building vibrant, inclusive communities. We do this by developing, managing and maintaining over 1,200 properties, with our dedicated team of property and tenant management specialists.
Landlords lease to us
If you’re a landlord with single or multiple properties or a real estate agent we’d love to hear from you. Your lease will be with Housing Trust and we will sub-let the property to tenants who are currently awaiting social housing.
The Tylah West Educational Scholarships enable our tenants to meet some of the costs they face in the drive to attain their goals, whether that be purchasing books and equipment, paying university fees or offsetting transportation costs.
40th Anniversary Exhibition
TRUST: Stories of Housing Trust photographic exhibition celebrates the people who have lived experience of social housing or homelessness.
For Housing Trust’s 40th Anniversary, artist Tim Bauer, one of Australia’s leading portrait photographers with (coincidentally) a career spanning forty years spent time capturing the people whose lives have been touched by Housing Trust.
We rely on your support
Housing Trust relies on the generosity of the local community to help us provide vital services to everyone who needs them. All donations, big and small, make a difference.
Please donate today and help us provide support to vulnerable people in our community. With your help, we can address homelessness through the provision of housing.
