Meet Nicole H

What attracted you to work at HT?

I found that HT values aligned with my own and I was particularly impressed by the way tenancies were managed and the support they offered to their customers.

How did you find your first day?

It was interesting as my first day was within the Covid lockdown so there weren’t many staff around.  I was amazed at how prepared HT were in ensuring all my technology was set up and ready to go immediately and I was provided with everything I needed to set up working remotely. Everyone I met either in person or virtually were so friendly and welcoming.

Have you felt supported?

Absolutely!!!! Everyone is very approachable so you don’t feel out of place or afraid to ask questions or for help.

Tell us a little about your previous work experience?

Prior to the HT I spent 21 years working in the Real Estate industry predominately specialising in Residential Property Management.

What is one of your best days?

Everyday … because everything you are doing no matter how big or small is contributing to something greater.
