Strategic Plan 2025-2028
Housing Trust is excited to share our 2025-2028 Strategic Plan. More than ever, we are committed to our vision of a decent home for everyone. This plan is built on our values of respect, integrity, support, and empowerment.
Our plan focuses on four key strategies that will guide us in making meaningful change:
- Leverage our status as a social enterprise, grow fee-for-service and fundraising activities
- Provide social and affordable rental homes that meet the needs of our region
- Partner to support our customers and deliver community outcomes
- Advocate critically and independently to influence the housing system
We’ve set clear goals so we stay accountable and on track. Our aim is simple: to empower people to build the life they choose, with the support and stability of a decent home. Together, we’re building stronger communities where everyone feels valued and cared for.
