The Tylah West Education Scholarship helps Housing Trust customers take the next step towards their goals, whether that’s studying, gaining a qualification, building new skills, completing training or pursuing employment opportunities.
Last year, we celebrated 10 years of impact through the Tylah West Education Scholarship. Over the past decade, the program has supported Housing Trust customers to pursue their aspirations and create new opportunities for themselves, their families and their futures.
The scholarship honours Tylah West, a young Aboriginal trainee at Housing Trust. With the support of Tylah’s family, the scholarship continues her legacy by helping others invest in their future.
Scholarships are awarded through an application and interview process that considers each applicant’s goals, circumstances and aspirations. We receive many applications each year, so unfortunately not everyone who applies can receive funding. To help support as many people as possible, priority may be given to new applicants in some funding rounds.
