Affordable Housing – OVER 55’s
What is Affordable Housing?
Affordable Housing provides safe and secure rental homes for people on low to moderate incomes. It’s designed to bridge the gap between social housing and the private rental market.
Affordable Housing is for people whose income may be too high to qualify for Social Housing but who still find it difficult to afford private rentals.
Affordable Housing means you’ll have a quality home at a rent that is set fairly and linked to your income, making it genuinely affordable.
