The successful applicant will be required to pay the bond in full, plus two weeks’ rent in advance, before signing the lease.
Am I eligible?
You may be eligible if you:
- are an Australian citizen and/or permanent resident
- are currently employed
- are a woman aged 55 or over, or a woman with children (the primary applicant must be a woman)
- have a household income below the following limits (before tax):
- One adult: $81,900 per financial year
- Two adults: $122,900 per financial year
- One adult with one child: $106,500 per financial year
- One adult with two children: $131,100 per financial year
- have a household income below the following limits (before tax):

What is Affordable Housing?
Affordable Housing is specifically for people on low to moderate incomes.
Rent is set at around 30% of your household’s gross income and capped at no more than 74.9% of the comparable market rental. We follow NSW Government income and eligibility guidelines to help make sure these homes go to people who need them most.
