The Third Sector Awards is a national award celebrating and recognising the best NFP practices around Australia. Providing an unbiased and objective point of reference, the Third Sector team of judges scores hundreds of entries across multiple categories to showcase the best in the sector.

Housing Trust CEO Michele Adair says “I might front the Housing Trust campaigns but Rachel Foster charts the course, steers the ship, stokes the engines and nurtures the crew. Record number of Housing Trust tenants awarded Tylah West Education Scholarship

A record 53 Housing Trust tenants aged five to 50-plus were awarded the annual Tylah West Education Scholarship this week (15 April), marking a significant increase from the first three scholarships in 2016 and more than doubling last year’s number.
The Traders in Purple development is unusual in that it sections off 25 per cent of homes for locals, first-home buyers, essential workers and affordable housing.
