Our star Leasehold Officer Lisa is transitioning into retirement. Lisa has been working in Community Housing for just over 5 years. Housing Trust has proudly been part of planning and supporting Lisa’s transition into retirement to spend more time with her family.

To help Lisa’s transition we will be welcoming a new face to our Leasehold Team. Claire has been part of the HT team for over 5 years working as a Community Housing Worker and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and gaining additional skills.

Record number of Housing Trust tenants awarded Tylah West Education Scholarship

A record 53 Housing Trust tenants aged five to 50-plus were awarded the annual Tylah West Education Scholarship this week (15 April), marking a significant increase from the first three scholarships in 2016 and more than doubling last year’s number.
The Traders in Purple development is unusual in that it sections off 25 per cent of homes for locals, first-home buyers, essential workers and affordable housing.
