The $5.5m project is partially funded Wollongong City Council’s Affordable Housing Grant. The properties are targeted to support single older women and women with children and are located close to shopping, transport and schools. The number of dwellings include the following:

7 x two bedroom townhouses (ranging from 84-107 sq./m)
2 x one bedroom dwellings (54 & 74 sq./m)

The dwellings are generously sized ensuring comfort and livability.
