Meet Tenaya

What attracted you to work at HT?

I wanted a career change but still wanted to work within Community Services as I have a passion for helping people and I seen the advertisement from HT and thought I would love to do that job!

How did you find your first day?

My first day was great! The office was VERY welcoming and receiving all the goodies and everything I need to do my job was great to have from day 1.

Have you felt supported? Where possible please talk about support felt from your induction, support from other staff/line manager.

I feel supported every day, I get asked for feedback even though I am new. Everyone in the office gets a long and is always happy to help!  My manager is approachable and even the CEO is approachable!

Tell us a little about your previous work experience?

I predominately worked in Employment Services, working with disadvantaged people and the number one barrier to employment is Housing!

What is one of your best days?

The Staff Development Day. HT really invests in their staff and I like that about a company!
