Coordinare Vaccination Program

$50 up for grabs for Covid jabs

One more reason to get your child vaccinated

It’s never been a better time to protect your child, your family and your community.

If you have children aged 5-11, Housing Trust is issuing eligible tenants one free $50 Wish Gift card per child that receives their first COVID-19 vaccine dose in the month of March or April 2022.

The offer, compliments of Coordinare, https://www.coordinare.org.au/about-us/who-we-are/ is in line with ATAGI’s recommendation that everyone aged 5 years and older get a COVID-19 vaccine. Children aged 5 to 11 years can now receive their free COVID-19 vaccine. It’s the best way to protect them, your family and community.

If you are a Housing Trust tenant with children aged between 5-11, please arrange their vaccination with a registered provider during March. Go to https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/vaccination/get-vaccinated/vaccination-for-5-11-years-old#toc-book-an-appointment

Once your child has had their second vaccination, usually eight weeks later, email their vaccination certificate to vax@housingtrust.org.au and Housing Trust will issue you with one $50 gift card per child. Funding is limited so book in early. This program is only valid for the month of March or April 2022, with gift cards issued after the child’s second vaccination.

Note, it is important that you speak with your family doctor prior to vaccinating your child, to ensure you understand the risks and benefits of vaccination, unique to your child’s circumstances. Should you have any questions about the gift cards, please contact Joanne or Natalie on 4254 1166.
