Christmas Closures 2023/2024

Housing Trust is closed from 12pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. We re-open at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2023.

We are still responding to urgent repairs and maintenance which include:

No hot water
Broken toilet
Serious roof leak
Oven and stove not working
Gas leak
No gas, electricity or water
Dangerous electrical faults
Serious storm or fire damage
Insecure of unsafe property.

If you have an urgent repair, please call 4254 1166 and press 1 to be transferred to our After-Hours emergency repair center.

Housing Trust will review and respond to your email as soon as we can following the 2^rd January 2024. We wish you a happy and safe holiday season.

Record number of Housing Trust tenants awarded Tylah West Education Scholarship

A record 53 Housing Trust tenants aged five to 50-plus were awarded the annual Tylah West Education Scholarship this week (15 April), marking a significant increase from the first three scholarships in 2016 and more than doubling last year’s number.
The Traders in Purple development is unusual in that it sections off 25 per cent of homes for locals, first-home buyers, essential workers and affordable housing.
