Haydn Calderwood is an experienced executive and non-executive director with expertise in finance, governance, risk management and business strategy. He holds a Master of Business Law, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia. Haydn is a Managing Director at Westpac, where he leads the Business & Consumer Financial Markets business across Australia and New Zealand. Haydn has more than a decade of board and committee experience across the corporate, community housing and not-for-profit sectors, including as a non-executive director of subsidiaries of an ASX-listed banking group. He previously served on the boards and committees of Tenants Victoria, Westpac Direct Equity Investments and Westpac Investment Vehicle No 2, and the Finance & Risk committee of Unison Housing.
