Housing Trust Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Housing Trust’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) illustrates our dedication to listening, learning, and growing alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. It outlines our steps to ensure our services are culturally appropriate and accessible, and it reinforces our commitment to building relationships and opportunities that contribute to reconciliation.

Our actions, guided by this plan, are steps towards a future where the values of equity, partnership and respect for the world’s oldest living cultures are woven into the fabric of our organisation.

Together, with open hearts and minds, we embark on this journey towards a more inclusive and equitable Australia.

The artwork featured throughout our Reconciliation Action Plan was created by Jasmine Sarin (Dharawal, Kamilaroi, Jerrinja) from JS Koori Designs, commissioned by Housing Trust.

Titled “Housing Trust”, the piece reflects our deep and enduring connections with our customers and community. Every detail matters – each symbol was developed in collaboration with our staff, representing the people, places, and moments that shape their journey.

Housing Trust proudly launched our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) on August 19, 2025.

It was a meaningful milestone in our ongoing commitment to reconciliation.
