We would like to congratulate Claire who was successful in her application as Leasehold Officer in Housing Trust’s Leasehold Team. Claire will be working alongside Leasehold Officer Lisa to support Lisa’s transition into retirement.

Claire has been part of the HT team for over 5 years working as a Community Housing Worker and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and gaining additional skills.

Clare says, “I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to expand my knowledge within the organisation and that we are encouraged to grow and learn”.

“I love that I have been able to change my position and still work with all the lovely ladies I currently do”.

Record number of Housing Trust tenants awarded Tylah West Education Scholarship

A record 53 Housing Trust tenants aged five to 50-plus were awarded the annual Tylah West Education Scholarship this week (15 April), marking a significant increase from the first three scholarships in 2016 and more than doubling last year’s number.
The Traders in Purple development is unusual in that it sections off 25 per cent of homes for locals, first-home buyers, essential workers and affordable housing.
