Housing Trust is progressing updated plans for a new housing development at Byamee Street, Dapto.
The proposal reflects a revised site layout and builds on previous planning work undertaken for the broader site. The proposed development includes three apartment buildings, with a mix of 4 and 7-storey homes, resident parking and shared outdoor spaces for future residents to enjoy.
We’re currently preparing the planning application required by the NSW Government and working through the information and community consultation process. As part of this, we’ll be seeking feedback from the local community and keeping neighbours informed as the project progresses.
The proposal has been updated from earlier concepts for the site, with revised site boundaries and a new design. We look forward to sharing more information as it becomes available.
