That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in our 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Survey. It’s your chance to tell us what’s working, what’s not, and how we can better support you.

The survey is completely anonymous and run by Community Housing Industry Association NSW (CHIA NSW) – the peak body for community housing providers in NSW.
How to Complete the Survey
You will receive a letter in the post which includes your unique ID.
You can complete the survey in one of two easy ways:
- Paper – Fill out and return the hardcopy survey you received in the mail using the supplied reply-paid envelope addressed to CHIA NSW
- Online – You can complete the survey online at https://communityhousing.org.au/HousingTrust25
